Went in today to get the wife a new vapour machine as hers broke hence the need to get a new one and desperately LOL the young fella behind the counter could not have provided a better service ,. got the new one and still tried to fix the old one as well . Just great friendly customer service and would recommend to all .

Nice shop and good quality products . Very poor neglecting and rude customer service from Morgan the rude lady who is working here . After spending $400 of fir my vape and juices I just asked her to see an extension for my vape and she said she would not bother herself to bring from the shelf before I pay for a $15 extension glass . She was so rude and didn’t get my feedback . Very disappointed .Update :I need to update my review . I was in this shop yesterday to buy juice . I was served by a knowledgeable staff named “ MADI “ whom was very creative and welcoming with a nice smile.She served me an excellent customer service.Thanks MADI .

One of the best Cloud 9 Smoke Shops that I have been to. Really big inside and has two doors. One for vape stuff and another for just your regular stuff. Staff are very welcoming and professional. 100% recommend!
